About the event
Our spring trip takes us east over the Pennines to Nostell Priory near Wakefield .
Built in 1733 for the Winn Family it is famous for its fine architecture and outstanding Chippendale furniture and interior décor. It stands in 300 acres of accessible parkland which includes lakeside walks and meadows. There is a restaurant with various food options and plenty of space for your own picnic. There is also a National Trust shop.
The coach will leave Hartford at 9-30 with an arrival time of around 11-15. We expect to be back in Hartford by 17-30. The cost depending on final numbers should be no more than £35 ( £21 for NT members).
